With over a decade of experience in insurance billing and patient coordination, Nadine brings a deep understanding of insurance processing and claims management. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Nadine is born and raised in Lancaster County and resides in Strasburg with her husband and two children. Outside of work she enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Chassidy joined our practice in June 2025. She brings with her a combined 10 years of orthodontic and dental administrative experience. She was born and raised in Lancaster County and currently lives in the city with her husband Travis and dog Riah. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and grabbing drinks with friends.

Amanda is a life long Lancaster County resident. She graduated from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s Dental Assisting program and Harcum college for her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification. She has worked with Dr. Freedman since 2007. She is married to Travis and they have 2 daughters and a son. Their family also has 2 bulldogs and a cat. She enjoys spending time at her kids sporting events, and with her family and friends. She also enjoys crafting, and her family spends a lot of their weekends camping. Amanda enjoys working in the dental field, working with patients, and comforting them during procedures. She loves making them feel better about their smiles.

Colleen was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia, then moved to York County in 1994 with her husband. Colleen started her career in dentistry in 1989 working in the specialty fields of Pediatric and Orthodontic Dentistry. She later graduated from YTI, earning her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification. She joined our practice in the spring of 2013. She finds the field of Dentistry very exciting, always changing and growing. She feels it’s especially rewarding to see a patient that was unhappy with their smile, completely transformed and confident after their dental procedures.

Colleen lives in York County with her husband Tom and their four teenage children. In her time off she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, hiking, yoga, and watching her children’s sporting events.

Adrian is another life- long Lancaster County resident. She graduated from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center’s dental assisting program in 2003. In 2005 she attended Harcum College to obtain her expanded functions dental assistant (efda) certification. Adrian knew at an early age that she wanted to be in the dental field and thinks of dentistry as an art form.

Adrian resides in the southern end of Lancaster County with her husband Jesse, their two children Caleb and McKenna, and their dog Cooper. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and the beach.

Mary Ellen joined the practic in 2016. Her dental career began 25 years ago as a Dental Assistant. Mary Ellen attended Harcum College where she received an Associates Degree and completed her clinical training at the University of Pennsylvania. She now has 19 years experience in Dental Hygeine.

As a member of the Freedman Dental Team Mary Ellen is passionate about her patient’s care and educating them in better Oral Health. She strives at making her patients feel at ease by building a relationship built on confidence and trust.

When not working Mary Ellen enjoys reading, traveling, and watching her sons play sports. Mary Ellen is married and has 2 sons and 2 step daughters and a dog named Indy.

Ericka joined the practice in 2018. She is also a native of Lancaster County. After graduating from Penn Manor High School, she attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. She graduated with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene in 1992. She has been practicing for the last 30 years in a clinical setting. She loves getting to know her patients. This allows her to individualize her treatment along with their home care instructions to better improve not only their dental but also their overall health. A goal of hers is to always make a patient feel at home while in her chair. Since she started working at Dr. Freedman’s office, she has enjoyed the feeling of an instant close family.

Ericka enjoys time with her husband, Joel, and 2 children, outside of the office. Some of their favorite places to visit are, Stone Harbor NJ and camping at Knoebels. Both her husband and herself are about to embark on a new adventure, empty nesters. Their daughter, Emily, has just graduated from college with her MSOT. Evan, their son, is off to college, Ericka’s alma mater, in the fall. Kirby, their Havapoo dog will keep them company. She also loves spending time with friends along with scrapbooking and traveling.

Chelsa joined Dr. Freedman’s team in the spring of 2024 and has 17 years of experience practicing dental hygiene. After graduating from Penn Manor High School and the dental assisting program at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center, she went on to attend Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008.

There are many rewarding aspects of working in the dental field, but most of all, Chelsa enjoys meeting new people and helping them feel comfortable in the dental chair. She strives to help people overcome their dental anxieties and take control of their oral health.

Chelsa and her husband James live in the West Hempfield area, have two sons, Jack and Drew, and a dog named Abbey. When she is not working, she enjoys cheering on her boys at their sporting events, game nights with friends, working on her “green thumb,” and spending time with family.

Melissa, a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduated from Northampton Community College in 1994 with an associates degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. She loves meeting new people and caring for their dental needs. Melissa began working at Dr. Freedman’s office in 2020. She has a gentle touch and caring personality.

Melissa grew up in Lancaster County. She now lives in the Wrightsville area with her husband Patrick, her 3 boys, Trey, Cole & Quinn; and the family dog Sam.

When not at work Melissa enjoys running, yoga, and watching her son’s sporting events.

Zoey has been a member of the practice since November of 2021. She is in charge of patient relations. She is here most days during the week, and can be found relaxing comfortably behind the front desk.

She has been a welcome addition to our practice and is a joy to have here. She particularly loves interacting with children, and playing fetch in the hallway.

Occasionally, we will let her visit patients throughout the office…. (When we have first cleared it with the patients present.)
